Eva Rose NZ offers free shipping for all orders shipped within New Zealand.
Rural delivery may take an extra day to arrive.
Eva Rose NZ offers shipping to many locations around the world. It is $15 NZD to ship to Australia and $20 to deliver to any other country.
We want you to love your Eva Rose NZ purchases as much as we do! We hand make all our items in New Zealand and each item is made-to-order. Please ensure you check the size guide prior to ordering.

We do not offer a refund for items unless they are deemed faulty. If your item is faulty, we will repair the fault or replace the item with the same product that was ordered; same colour, size and style. Only if the item cannot be repaired or replaced will a refund be issued.
To return a faulty product, please follow the instructions below:
- Email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your item. In your email, please include:
- Reason for why you are returning the product(s)
- Attach a copy of the payment confirmation you received when placing the order.
- Pack the garment(s) into their original packaging including the original and attached labels/swing tags in the case of clothing items.
- As Eva Rose NZ is not liable for the loss of any garment being returned, we strongly recommend that you use a tracked courier service.
Please ensure you include your full name and original order along with the garment, in the return package.
Garments must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact. Please ensure you return your item using a tracked courier service and provide the tracking number.
A refund will be issued when the garment is received and inspected.
